Refund Eligibility
At Jelandro, we understand that circumstances change and want you to feel confident in your investment in our beauty education programs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our students and our business operations.
Seven-Day Grace Period
Full refund available within 7 days of course enrollment for any reason. No questions asked during this cooling-off period.
30-Day Satisfaction Window
Partial refund (75% of course fee) available within 30 days if you've completed less than 25% of course materials.
Technical Issues
Full refund available if technical problems prevent access to course materials for more than 48 hours after reporting.

Refund Process Timeline
We've streamlined our refund process to be as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:
Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] with your enrollment details, reason for refund, and preferred refund method. Include your full name and course registration number to expedite processing.
Initial Review (24 Hours)
Our team reviews your request within one business day. We'll verify your enrollment status, check completion percentage, and confirm eligibility based on our policy guidelines.
Confirmation & Processing
Once approved, we'll send confirmation details including refund amount and processing timeline. Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from approval.
Payment Method Return
Refunds return to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Important Refund Limitations
Refunds are not available for courses where completion exceeds 50% of total materials, or for specialized one-on-one sessions after they've been conducted. Digital materials that have been downloaded cannot be returned, but this doesn't disqualify you from refunds based on other criteria. Gift certificate purchases follow separate refund guidelines.
Payment Method Considerations
Different payment methods have varying processing times and procedures. Credit card refunds are typically the fastest, appearing on your statement within 5-7 business days after processing. PayPal transactions usually process within 3-5 business days. Bank transfer refunds take the longest, often requiring 7-10 business days due to inter-bank processing requirements.
For international students, currency exchange rates may affect refund amounts if significant time has passed between payment and refund processing. We use current exchange rates at the time of refund processing and cannot guarantee exact amounts due to market fluctuations.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. Medical emergencies, family crises, or significant life changes may warrant special consideration beyond our standard policy. We evaluate these situations individually and work with students to find fair solutions.
For students experiencing financial hardship, we may offer alternative arrangements such as course credit, extended access periods, or payment plan modifications instead of immediate refunds. Our goal is to support your beauty education journey while being mindful of changing circumstances.
